Medical Insurance Plans Unisource offers medical insurance plan options that help protect team members and their families against major medical expenses. All plans include valuable preventative care coverage, as well as prescription drug, mental health and substance abuse and vision care programs.
Dental Insurance Plan Unisource offers two dental plan options. Both include 100% coverage for routine care as well as coverage for minor and major restorative care.
Health Care Flexible
Spending Account (FSA)		 The Health Care FSA enables employees to set aside before-tax dollars to pay for eligible healthcare expenses. A team member can contribute up to $5,000 a year. Reimbursements are tax free.
Life Insurance We provide basic life insurance at no cost to our team members. We also offer optional, employee-paid group supplemental life insurance.
Disability Plans Unisource offers a disability plan that helps protect a team members’ income while recovering from short-term and long-term illnesses or injuries.
Savings Plan Unisource offers a 401 (k) savings plan to which team members. Unisource matches dollar for dollar on the first 4% of pay saved. The plan offers a wide array of investment options and an online tool for investment advice.
Dependent Care Flexible
Spending Account (FSA)		 The dependent Care FSA helps team members set aside before-tax dollars to pay eligible dependent care expenses such as child care and care for an incapacitated adult dependent. Team members can contribute up to $5,000 a years. Reimbursements are tax free.
Vacations and Holidays Unisource offers competitive vacation and holiday schedules. Specific schedules vary, depending on the local practices at each of our locations.
Group Auto and Home
Insurance Program		 Eligible team members may insure their cars, homes and other personal property through the convenience of payroll deduction and competitive group rates.
Group Legal Services We offer a team member paid legal services program for assistance with real estate matters, wills, adoptions, document preparation and other legal needs.
